Sabbat Status Packet

Vote has been closed due to AHC error. There were no formal objections to this vote and thus passes per genre standards.

In accordance with the Coordinator Bylaws, Section 3.b, the Sabbat
Coordinator hereby proposes the following update to the OWBN Sabbat Status
Packet. In accordance with Section 3.b.i, the Sabbat Coordinator is
responsible monitoring and advising status issues within the Sabbat, and
providing guidance for Storytellers of the Sabbat genre. In accordance with
Section 3.c.iii, this proposal requires no Second, and goes immediately to
the discussion period. Should there be no objections raised during the
discussion period, this proposal will pass automatically.
