Background:

First, I apologize, but I currently don't have a "home chronicle" outside of
Shadows on the Mall (Washington DC), as I've just moved out of Chicago and
into Cincinnati, but have yet to play there. My Home Chronicle is therefore
defaulting to where I base my primary PC. Hope that doesn't cause confusion -
goodness knows there is already enough confusion around moving most times! In
that same strain, I've had various other people and Coords offer to support me
on the ballot, but as I'm just coming off finishing my move, it's near
impossible for me to track it all. I'm not unappreciative, just very much not
organized enough to pull all of them out for the Support section. Sorry to
those of you that offered your support, it was definitely appreciated! D.

not the immediate success I'd have hoped for, but I am hoping that a greater
understanding of the previous problems on a player level will help mitigate
the risk in trying to resolve those issues. One of the most important things,
however, is that outside of a very few spots of moving/downed access, I have
attempted to keep my response ratio to email and concerns to within 2-3 days.
Now typically, I try to answer within 24 hours, but there are times that just
