With the publication of the book Past Lives, White Wolf opened the possibility of recovering some of the gifts of the extinct/lost tribes and changing breeds. While it is JUST possible for the current changing breeds to recover such gifts, it should be an event of singular difficulty and rarity to achieve. To reflect this I propose the following additions to the R&U Bylaws.

PROPOSAL:

the following should be added to section 9.a.ii of the Character Registration Bylaws: Rare and Unusual : Groupings .

Lost tribal and Breeds Gifts: Any character who learns a gift belonging exclusively to one of the extinct or lost Changing breed or Garou tribes (defined for this purpose as the Apis, Bunyip, Camazotz, Croatan, Grondr, and White Howlers).
