Change of bylaw language

Proposal: To correct the text of the disciplinary bylaw regarding the number of chronicles needed to initiate Council adjudication of a disciplinary action.
It appears that a word was left out which should indicate the number of chronicles that need to be involved.

Currently, the text reads:

"Section 6: Disciplinary Policy
A. Council
1. OWBN will develop a system of discipline to deal with its Council, and with any OWBN member players who are brought to their attention by the chronicles.
2. Council may preside over any disciplinary case that involves more than chronicle, should that case not be resolved by the chronicles involved in a timely manner."

The bylaw should be corrected to read as below:

"Section 6: Disciplinary Policy
A. Council
1. OWBN will develop a system of discipline to deal with its Council, and with any OWBN member players who are brought to their attention by the chronicles.
2. Council may preside over any disciplinary case that involves more than one chronicle, should that case not be resolved by the chronicles involved in a timely manner."

The word "one" was added to bylaw 6:A:2 to indicate a need for more than one chronicle to address the Council regarding disciplinary actions.
