As RAtC's CM I hereby Propose the following:
Garou Klaivesmiths as Rare Clasification.
iii. Rare:
1. PC: Majority Vote, NPC: Notification to Council
a. Includes characters of small groups and bloodlines
b. Characters of a power level where free inter-game interaction could become a concern.
c. Characters of types considered fringe to a main genre.
RAtC defines Garou Klaivesmiths as Both B and C.
Garou should be unable to work with Silver while smithing because of the Garou wide Flaw.
It also creates a balancing aspect between Garou and Kinfolk.
We would also like to request no Grandfathering with this Prop.

However, there is no official outline stated of what a ''Garou Klaive Smith'' is listed (and how they are classified other than Garou that make Klaives) and the fact that a call for no grandfathering makes us unhappy. The officially stated reason above outlines the Garou and Silver issue. Why not make Garou Silver Smiths R&U instead if that's the reason? What about those with Silver Tolerance as a Merit? There was a lot of chatter on ST/Council regarding this but no ammending of the prop was ever done. In it's current incarnation we cannot support this proposal. |
