[Administrative Proposal] Revision to Administrative Bylaw 2.B, Coords on ST list

This does not require a Second, but if you do not agree you may put Objection in the subject line to force this Proposal to go to a vote.====================================================================

I hereby propose the following be revised:

Current:
"B. All administrative and Genre Coordinators may be present on the Council list and at Council meetings, should they occur, in order to provide information and input to the Council. They are considered to be non-voting members, unless otherwise stated in the Coordinator bylaws."

Proposed:
"B. All administrative and Genre Coordinators may be present on the Council** in order to provide information and input to the Council, *and on the ST list to communicate directly with member chronicles*.
i)They are considered to be non-voting members*** of Council, unless otherwise stated in the Coordinator bylaws."
ii) All administrative and Genre Coordinators may be present at meetings of Council, should they occur.

*: Added: "and on the ST list to communicate directly with member chronicles"
**: Removed: "and at Council meetings, should they occur," to move it to its own line item.
***: Added "of Council" for the sake of clarification.

Reason: This gives the Coordinators the authorization to be on the ST list, where they had none before, so that they might be able to communicate with the member chronicles directly.
