[Administrative Proposal] Revision of Administrative Bylaws 8.D.iv, Coordinator Reports

This does not require a Second, but if you do not agree you may put Objection in the subject line to force this Proposal to go to a vote.====================================================================

I hereby propose the following bylaw be revised because it's not been used or functional. I brought this to the Coordinator team, and they provided positive feedback that this will be a much more productive report.

Current:
"iv. Coordinator Reports
1. All Coordinators must submit a report of their interactions and activities within and around the chronicles to the Head Coordinator and Assistant Head Coordinator. This report shall be submitted every three months, or more frequently in periods of high activity. This report should include at least the following information:
a. Coordinator and Position Held (along with email address).
b. Personal Home Chronicle.
c. List of current known active operatives and their locations.
d. List of active interactions with chronicles since the prior report.
e. Any other information the reporter feels is relevant.
