Section 10 Revision: Dues and Compulsory Donations

I hereby propose that Section 10, Amount of dues be changed from $50.00 per year to $25.00 per year, and the amount of the Server be changed from $100.00 to $90.00.
Anthe word DUES be changed to Compulsorily Donations (I am open to suggestions of different terms, its pointed out that the use of the word Dues may be a problem) The word Dues is to be replaced throughout the entirety of Section Ten and any other place within the OWBN bylaws that it appears. (I have only given an example of what it would look like in Amount of dues for Section 10.)

Dues are fifty ($50) US Dollars per year.

OWBN uses the calendar year as our fiscal year, and it is divided
into 4 quarters: 1st quarter is Jan 1- Mar 31; 2nd quarter is April 1-
June 30; 3rd quarter is July 1 - September 31; 4th quarter is October
1 - Dec 31.

Dues may be paid in one of the following four manners:

Yearly; due by midnight January 1 $50.00 total.
Bi-Annually: due by midnight January 1 and July 1; $25.00 each.
Quarterly: due by midnight January 1; April 1; July 1; October
1. $12.50 each.
Alternative payment arrangements made at the Financial Coords
discretion and reported to Council.

The Server

Current costs for the maintenance of the server are $100.00 USD per
month.
