LIMITED Inigo Montoya Exception for Giovanni PCs

I would like to add this as 6.A.i.3 of the Inigo Montoya Bylaw(3) As Giovanni vampires Embrace almost exclusively within their mortal lineages, Giovanni PCs are exempt from the "related to," and ONLY the "related to" aspect of this bylaw. Players of Giovanni PCs, their Storytellers, and the Giovanni Coordinator should, however, be very mindful of the other aspects of this bylaw, as PCs taking advantage of this exception will probably fall under greater scrutiny.
Reason for this addition: By a valid yet in my opinion overly technical interpretation of the Inigo Montoya bylaw, a player may only play a single Giovanni PC for their entire time in the org. I see this as unnecessarily restrictive given established Giovanni genre, not to mention just plain ludicrous.
