[Administrative Proposal] Addition to R&U Bylaws: The Assamite PSM Solution

This does not require a Second, but if you do not agree you may put Objection in the subject line to force this Proposal to go to a vote.====================================================================

This has been in discussion with, and approved by, the Assamite Coordinator.

The Assamites, per the Conclave of 2008, are required to go meet with the Justicariate and confess their crimes to the Camarilla and be recorded with the Society of the Hague. This requires a Justicar Coordinator to remove an Assamite's Probationary Sect Membership.

I hereby propose the following:

"Camarilla Assamites without Probationary Sect Membership" will be Coordinator Approval.

And addition to R&U Bylaws, Section 6, "Special Cases", 6.A.viii:

viii: Camarilla Assamites without Probationary Sect Membership
1. A Camarilla Assamite character that enters play without the "Probationary Sect Membership" flaw will need to have Coordinator Approval from the Assamite Coordinator, as well as either a Genre Coordinator with a Justicar or the Camarilla Coordinator. This Coordinator Approval process will fulfill the requirements to remove the flaw.
