Genre Proposal: Setite Sorcery Packet update 4.0

This is a proposal under Coordinator Bylaws 3.C.iii as a binding genre document for One World by Night. It requires no second and goes immediately to discussion. If no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable.
Per the instructions of the Head Coordinator this genre document has also been revised to attempt to bring it into compliance with White Wolf's posted guidelines for refraining from infringing on their copyrights. Unfortunately this document has undergone extreme revision, some of which I would have preferred to have avoided, such as the removal of flavor text/original text from paths' MET conversions, making the document very difficult (if not impossible) to use without the associated book(s). Other updates include clarifications, corrections of errors, additions to the FAQ, clearer path/ritual rarity charts separated by variant sorcery type, paths/rituals previously not converted, clearer and additional options for Primary Paths at player/ST request, and replacement of credits with a list of texts the packet is intended for use in conjunction with.

I hereby propose the attached Setite Sorcery Packet 4.0. This replaces all previous versions of the Setite Sorcery Packet for One World by Night and is a binding genre document under the bylaws.
