Philadelphia: Nusquam proposes the following changes to the bylaws below:

Administrative Bylaws.

1. B. Chronicle Boundaries and Control

i. Chronicles have full control over the events inside of their boundaries. These boundaries are registered with the archivist, but should be well known to surrounding chronicles. Storytellers wishing to run scenes in another chronicles boundaries must first obtain permission from a Storyteller from that chronicle.

i. The Admissions Coordinator, a Sub-Coordinator, or a duly appointed representative will be assigned to the Application to review it and work with the prospective chronicle to work out any questions or concerns from the Genre Coordinators.

The Admissions Coordinator, a Sub-Coordinator, or a duly appointed representative will be assigned to the Application to review it and work with the prospective chronicle to work out any questions or concerns from the Genre Coordinators and chronicles, including mediation of territory disputes, which may be kicked up to the exec team for mediation if any party requests their involvement.

3.A. iii. Admissions Coordinator
1. The Admissions Coordinator shall oversee the Admissions process as outlined in the Administrative Bylaws, Section 7.
2. The Admissions Coordinator may cast a tie-breaking vote in the case of a tie during voting on new chronicle admission. The Admissions Coordinator may not hold any other votes on the Council, such as being the council member for a chronicle.
3. They may delegate any of the above powers to one or more Sub-Coordinators, who they will hold responsibility over.
a. The elected Coordinator may remove or replace these Sub-Coordinators at will. Council may remove these Sub-Coordinators with a majority vote.
b. The elected Coordinator is responsible for all disputed issues that are brought before Council involving any authority delegated to their Sub-Coordinators.

4. The elected Coordinator may prop a territory dispute for council vote if an agreement can not be reached by both parties who have participated or refused to participate in the mediation of the elected coord and exec team within 6 months.
