Addition of Samedi Coordinator as an Elected position

Since a lot of votes would have gone to the Samedi Coord becoming an Elected position (thereby making it pass), I hereby propose the following:

As there are a growing number of Samedi in the org, rivaling at least the Ravnos Clan. As well, many PCs are choosing to take up the Baron's offer for Necromancy, thereby placing them under his purview. I hereby propose that the following change be made to Coordinator Bylaws Section Bii:

This office would have all canon Samedi NPCs and the Baron Samedi moved from the control of the Giovanni Coordinator to the control of the Samedi Coordinator.

This proposal has the support of the Giovanni Coordinator.
