Due to player outcry, I am proposing a revision of the Setite Sorcery Packet.

The notable changes are as follows:

1) Blasphemy Shrine deterioration times have been removed.

2) The suggestion to STs that the shrines be present in the game the Setite Sorcerer is signed into has also been removed.
