[AUTOPASS] [GENRE PACKET] Removal of 2010 Samedi Packet

THIS PROPOSAL HAS THE POTENTIAL TO AUTOPASS

This proposal is made in accordance with the Coordinator Bylaws, section 3.C. (Subsections ii. and iii.):

iii. Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

   1. If no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable. Once passed these are considered binding to all chronicles and a chronicles refusal to adhere is grounds for OWBN disciplinary measures. Opposition must be in regards to the content of the proposal and must give those reasons why the objection is voiced. This is to allow Coordinator's the opportunity to respond and/or make changes/remove the proposal and its contents.

PROPOSAL

I, David Ashby, as Giovanni Coordinator, hereby propose the removal of the 2010 Samedi Genre packet.

Reasoning: This packet has information that is no longer accurate and conflicts with the current Necromancy Packet that was released 7 years after this one was made. I have plans to update and propose a new one, but for now removing it is the best option to resolve the issue of conflicting information.

Legacy: Partial; any PCs with rituals that were ST Approval in the Samedi packet that are R2 or higher in the current Necromancy packet must seek Approval if they don’t already have approval from the Giovanni Coordinator.
