[OBJECTION] [BYLAW REVISION] [AUTO-PASS] [NO LEGACY] Nagaraja Combination Discipline Regulation

I, David Ashby, Giovanni Coordinator for One World by Night Propose the following Addition to the OWBN Character bylaws as per the following bylaw:
“Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go
immediately into discussion.”

These combination powers came out with the V20 Lore of the Bloodlines books. The issue with them is that they are specifically Nagaraja Combination Disciplines and those are 2/3rd majority vote right now for a PC and Coordinator Approval for NPC through my office. The no legacy is to remove these two combos from sheets that should not have them if they somehow got vitreous path and since unregulated was able to just buy the Combination Discipline without the RP and NPC that they would need from my office.
