I, David Ashby, Giovanni Coordinator for One World by Night Propose the following Addition to the OWBN Character bylaws as per the following bylaw:
“Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.”

10. m.ix.40. Characters learning, utilizing or benefiting in any way from the Necromancy Path: Path of Skulls, or any other variation of this Path through powers that can mimic such things – PC: Disallowed – NPC: Coordinator Approval – Coordinator: Giovanni

This path has been denied to many PCs looking for it over the recent years due to the unbalanced effect upon the game it has. One could just change one of their inclans to one of the disciplines or magics that another person has through the use of this path.
