[OWBN-Council] [PROPOSAL][AUTO-PASS]LINE ITEM EDIT TO ASSAMITE GENRE PACKET AND ADDITION TO BYLAWS IN REGARDS TO THE DARKENING

THIS PROPOSAL HAS THE POTENTIAL TO AUTO-PASS
This proposal is made in accordance with the Coordinator Bylaws, section 3.C. (Subsections ii. and iii.):
3. Coordinator Duties
C. Genre Coordinators
iii. Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.
1. If no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable. Once passed these are considered binding to all chronicles and a chronicles refusal to adhere is grounds for OWBN disciplinary measures. Opposition must be in regards to the content of the proposal and must give those reasons why the objection is voiced. This is to allow Coordinator's the opportunity to respond and/or make changes/remove the proposal and its contents.
PROPOSAL
I, Jesse Ditty, as Assamite Coordinator, hereby propose the following updates to packet Assamite-Children_of_Haqim-2022 and changes to bylaws 2.5 and 10.m.v:
Packet Updates
Page 13, changed "dark skinned devils" to "bloodthirsty diablerists"
Page 32, removed "You know that an Assamite’s skin gradually becomes darker over time, rather than paler."
Page 37, removed Un-aging Merit
Add Bylaw 2.5.e
Vampire Clan Flaw Differences
The Assamite Clan Flaw that makes their skin darken as they age or Diablerize, commonly known as the Darkening, has been removed and no longer exists in One World by Night Canon.
Add Bylaw 10.m.v.28, rename current 28-54 as 29-55
Assamite Un-Aging Merit - PC: Disallowed - NPC: Disallowed - Coordinator: Assamite
The Assamite Darkening no longer exists.
Reasoning: The Darkening has long been a problem with Assamite genre. The removal of this Clan Flaw in OWbN Canon was approved through Council through the Assamite Metaplot: Sins of the Father. This change simply corrects the packet and bylaws accordingly. Further changes to the Assamite genre packet due to the plot will come later.
Legacy Exemption: None. The Darkening no longer exists in OWbN.
