[OWBN-Council] [Malkavian][PROPOSAL][AUTOPASS][Canon NPCs] Canon NPCs in Atlanta

I, Kevin O'Connor, Malkavian Coordinator, propose the following.

The Canon NPCs...

J. Benison Hodge (Malkavian Prince) - Dead - https://whitewolf.fandom.com/wiki/J._Benison_Hodge

Albert Bowman (Malkavian Sabbat) - such a minor NPC he does not rate his own Wiki Page

...be shared mutually between the OWbN Chronicle Whispers of Atlanta and the Malkavian Coordinator's Office.

This is in accordance with the following By-Laws:

Aunt Bedlia will be used by the Whispers of Atlanta Staff for a local Plotline dealing with the Canon Mentioned "Southern Lords". This local plotline will begin immediately and has no specific End Date. This local plotline will not affect other Chronicles.

J. Benison Hodge is dead, but cannot be used without some level of ownership and will be used by the Whispers of Atlanta Staff for a local Plotline dealing with the Canon Mentioned "Southern Lords". This local plotline will begin immediately and has no specific End Date. This local plotline will not affect other Chronicles. This is not a resurrection of the NPC, simply an specific allowance to use things directly associated with the NPC (ghouls, havens, items, etc).

Albert Bowman is a minor Malkavian NPC mentioned in Canon. Albert Bowman does not have a previously defined Generation in Canon. It will now be defined as 9th generation at the time of this Proposal.
