[OWBN-Council] [PROPOSAL][AUTO-PASS][PACKET] Danse Macabre, A Guide to OWBN Sabbat Status 2022

I, Matt Armitage, in my Duties as Sabbat Coordinator of One World by Night propose the following Packet and Genre Change for the Sabbat Genre.

3.C.iii.Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

12. OWBN Packets

Definition

i. OWBN Packets are documents drafted by the Coordinators of One World by Night and passed by One World by Night Council.

ii.OWBN Packets are binding documents for use in the entirety of One World by Night. These Packets represent clarification, changes, and direction of a particular genre or game line they are created for as overseen by the By the Office of the Coordinator that created them.

1.To this end the following are binding in OWBN Packets: Status and Position Systems, Genre Changes, Genre Directions, Prestige or Rank Systems, and Blood Magic Regulation and Approvals.

2.All other mechanics, systems, or powers that are intended to be regulated must appear in the OWBN Character Bylaws if they are also included in an OWBN Packet.

Notice- this packet has been edited and reviewed several times but no one here is perfect or professionals... I think? Either way this packet is free to be shared with players and staffs. It was a lot of hard work and we are excited about it!
