[Proposal][Genre Packet][Autopass] Gargoyle Genre Packet 2020

Pursuant to bylaw C. iii. Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

I, Lauren Russ, as Tremere Coordinator, propose the following Gargoyle Genre Packet. This may be shared with players.

Once a final English version of this packet is approved by Council, my team will be translating it to Portuguese. :)

I just wanted to add a big thank you to Chris Kazu and Geoffrey Combs for the amount of work they put into this prior to my becoming Coordinator. Also to Marion Birdsell for making it look so professional. This packet has been truly a joint effort by many.
