[Proposal][Bylaws][Amendment 1]Addition to Coordinator Bylaws 3.B.i. & 3.C.i
Made adjustments based on some feedback.
In order to address concerns that have arisen recently, I, Samantha Swanson, CM of Chicago Dark Requiem, hereby propose the following Bylaw Changes:
Addition to Coordinator Bylaws 3.B.i. & 3.C.i
The following will be added to both of the above listed sections at the next available number.
3.B.i.5 and 3.C.i.10
-- Within 30 days of taking office the Coordinator will list on the OWBN.net Coordinator Contact Page a default chronicle under which all scenes run by their office will be hosted, unless all parties are notified prior to the start of the scene.
A link to the the chronicles house rules will be provided
An email to the Storyteller’s list will be sent out.
In the event of a change of default hosting chronicle, this change must be noted and announced within 30 days of the change.
If this bylaw should pass Coordinators will have 30 days to come into compliance.
It is my feeling that this will alleviate the concern of players and staffs being unaware of what chronicle scenes with various coordinators are being run out of.By having a default chronicle, there is now always a known chronicle. This also gives the option to change to a different venue if one is requested, therefore not locking a coordinator in to only running things out of one chronicle.
