I, Lex Lopez, as Hunter Coordinator propose the following addition to Character Regulation bylaw 10.o.
iii. Shih –PC Coordinator Approval –NPC: Coordinator Notify – Coordinator: Hunter
This proposal allows for no Grandfathering
Reasoning: Shih are immensely unbalancing when not carefully considered and there has been an uptick in PCs being created that are also cross genre in some other way. I would like to keep an eye on this and make sure their themes are adhered to.
