DESCRIPTION:  Though Obtenebration is often employed in imposing and flashy ways, traditionally the shadows are as often an instrument of subtlety and fear.  With this technique the obfuscation of the mind is applied to the world of the Abyss to chilling effect, sometimes even for the monsters of the Abyss themselves.

SYSTEM:  This combination discipline allows the user to target abyssal entities and effects with his cloak the gathering as if they were other people.  Thus a shroud could be hidden, or three arms of the Abyss could be concealed for the same cost as three individuals.  Similarly, as your obfuscate now affects the Abyss, the power works both ways.  Abyssal entities and effects may not target you while obfuscated even if their creator can see you unless they possess some ability to pierce your power themselves.  Normal obfuscate/auspex rules apply to this power.

Also Reuires Art of Memory 3, Crytology 3, ALSO DOES NOT REQUIRE DOMINATE ADDED SO SUBMIT WOULD GO THROUGH

One of the most important aspects of the Hand is security.  Particularly when it comes to communication especially in these modern nights with Gehenna rearing its head and the watch levels going to higher levels than anyone can remember in recent nights.  As such a recent Dominion of the Hand decided to take his knowledge of Cryptology and Art of Memory and make message even more secure.

To Encrypt a message spend a willpower to activate the power, giving a base of ten traits to decode.  For each mental trait spent add one trait to the difficulty.  For each level of Art of Memory possessed add two additional traits to the difficulty.  You must possess Art of Memory to even try to decipher the message without this power.  You must win a mental challenge to decipher and message written with this power.

Skinwalker folklore tells stories of the creatures taking different forms, this combination power is an extension of that.

System: The user of this power may expend a Permanent Physical trait to attune the skin of a fallen foe to them, this trait is returned when the user relinquishes that skin. Once this skin is attuned, the user may absorb the skin into their body at the cost of a Temporary Willpower trait, instead of wearing it and sacrificing whatever skin they are already wearing. They may switch the skins they are wearing, for the cost of a Temporary Willpower trait, storing their currently worn skin with one they have attuned with. No skins are discarded during this process. Skins must be willingly relinquished for them to no longer be accessible. The amount of skins that are able to be stored in this fashion is equal to the user's levels in Fortitude, divided by half - rounded down - for a maximum of two stored at any given time, and the one that is being worn.

MET Mechanics:
The American Ravnos have long been put upon even in a clan of outcasts.  Considered worthwhile only as pawns by both the Rom and those of Indian decent they more than many others in the kindred world have had to forge a path of their own.  Many times being alone has been difficult, and dangerous for those few who don't seek the cold comfort of the Sabbat's forced brotherhood.  This power came out of the rage at their lot and the need for someone to watch their back.

*System
The Ravnos spends 1 blood and 1 willpower in order to craft a chymerical illusion and then cast their beast into it, granting the illusion a temporary physical form.  This beast is now a frenzied monster capable of doing great harm to the ravnos' foes.  This creature manifests at the end of the round in which the expenditures were made.  The PC then acts as though under the effects of drawing out the beast until the end of the scene.

*Physical traits = social traits of the creating PC
*Immune to mental and social disciplines
*Damage 2 agg claw or bite attack
*Health levels = the health levels of the creating PC

*Physical disciplines - the PC may give up his own physical enhancements to lend his creation strength, this is limited to potence, celerity, and fortitude only.  At the expenditure the player decides which powers to grant to his beast.  He then loses access to them for the duration of the scene.

*Blood pool - shared with the creator, though this creature may only spend 1 blood per round either to heal, fuel disciplines, or enhance its physical trait pool, per generational limitations.

*Direction.  The beast is always in frenzy and is targeted at the Ravnos enemies, should another target gain its attention then its focus will shift.  This power only ends when the creator is the last living creature in the room or by spending a willpower and suceeding in a self control challenge to pull the beast back into the character's soul, thus dispelling the creation.

The user of this power may reflexively spend a temporary Willpower point in order to imbue their clothing with extraordinary resilience for the scene. Once so empowered, so long as the wearer is not rendered torpid or dead, the clothing remains unmarred by even the most catastrophic attacks, baleful flame, or caustic acid. Not only do normal wrinkling and minor stains and tears simply melt away, the clothes henceforth resist tearing, mutilation, staining and soiling, such that all it might take is a tug, a sweep of the hand or two, and it will look as if the clothing was fresh from the dry cleaners, shoe repairman, or whathaveyou. The power only protects the clothing and mundane accessories of the outfit, and it does not lend protection to other items carried on the person or to the wearer themself, nor to any armor plating secreted throughout the clothes. All ablative armor mechanics, damage soaking chops, and similar mechanics remain unchanged, except that the clothing will still look pristine, even with shredded armor plates. For the duration of the scene, the user of this power is considered to have one bonus non-stacking Social Trait against anyone who witnesses an attack which would otherwise substantially damage the clothing but does not, and any round during which a permanent Willpower is spent to activate Aegis, this power may be activated simultaneously with that same spent Willpower, in lieu of its normal cost.

Serpentis 3
Obfuscate 3
MET Mechanics:

By combining the arts of Serpentis and Obfuscate the Serpent of the Light can generate a hidden and lithe counter attack against any who would strike them.  When using this combination discipline the Serpents arms quickly shift into the skin and form of snakes as they rapidly strike back at their attacker before shifting back.

System:  The character spends 1 blood trait when they are attacked and make an immediate reflective counter attack against their attacker.  This attack happens as a separate action that does not use up one of the character’s actions.  The counter attack allowed by this power is a normal brawl attack against the person who attacked them as long as they are within range.

Only Serpents of the Light may learn this power

Some Cobras are famous for their ability to spit venom and blind their targets. A Serpent of the Light who masters this ability copies the ability of several cobras to do this. The venom spit is toxic and casuistic to any target, alive or undead. If they can land the venom in their eyes the target becomes blinded and has extreme difficulty seeing for a time. Short of the target removing their own eyes, they simply must wait for the venom to wear off. The player must spend a Blood Trait and engage their target in a physical challenge retested with Athletics to spit venom into their targets eyes. If successful the victim suffers the effects of fighting blind for an entire scene. The target is two traits down in all challenges, has a forced retest on all successful challenges, and suffers the negative trait Clumsy. In addition, the venom also causes one level of lethal damage to the target. Even if this damage is healed or reduced in any way, it does not negate the effect of this power. The only way to remove this would be for the victim to remove their own eyes or simply wait until the effects wear off. If used against mortals, these effects are permanent.

The kook with this power passively knows when someone is in their head, even when that person has not made themselves aware.

When the intruder begins to dig for information the Malkavian can spend a mental trait to get a test (win or tie) to redirect their search to something else that would be a believable answer to what is being sought after. The one doing the digging does not know of the redirect.

Character Reasoning: My mind holds many secrets and knowledge that should not be so easily retrieved. To give someone what they want without actually giving the truth is the best defense because then they will quit searching.

"Everyone has seen it done in some way, An angry significant other walks into a club, sees his or her other dancing, flirting, or kissing someone that isn't them. And that's when it happens, the slap across the face, the punch in the nose, the knee to the groin, the medium is varied but every expression is always the same by those around and often the victim, Shock and Awe at the blatant violence while the Vengeful other walks away untouched, leaving nothing but jaws dropped"
