Members of the Camarilla,

On behalf of Prince Pagan and his Domain, you are cordially invited to the annual January Soiree, Thursday, January 17th, 2019 through Saturday, January 19th, 2019 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

This year’s theme is “Fangs & Flix”

Thursday evening will be a traditional gathering allowing all those that attend to mingle and conduct business.

Friday evening theme will be “A Night at the Movies.” Gathering inspirations from drive ins; movies will be shown on a screen, blankets will be available to sit on, and of course, there will popcorn and other concessions.

Saturday evening formal night theme will be “Red Carpet Night.” Of course, no Red Carpet Night would be complete without awards. In years past, Milwaukee has hosted a roast, this coming year Milwaukee will be hosting an Oscar like award ceremony. Like the Oscars, we will have a nomination process and have a final voting process. Unlike the Oscars, it will not go on for five hours. We will be accepting award category suggestions, this is meant to be fun and tongue in cheek.

Please note: Room Rate includes Deluxe Continental Breakfast for each guest occupying room. (Pay attention to the Single/Double Occupancy when booking as they will give breakfast meal tickets out based on that) Anything above the # on the occupancy of single or double is $13.00 for the breakfast per person if you want breakfast buffet they will be doing.

Where do we eat and get drinks from?

Breakfast will be served at the regular Bar/Restaurant from 6 am – 10 am, this should be the only time you are in there. The rest of the time you will need to buy your food/drinks in Ballroom B, the hotel will be staffed accordingly for this In Ballroom B and not in the restaurant. Please do not eat anything except breakfast in the regular Restaurant, do not order drinks at that bar, please only order from 10am – midnight in ballroom B. There will be tables set up in Ballroom B. We have contracted to have exclusive service in the Ballroom in order to provide you the best customer service. This means we are paying for waiters and bartenders specifically for our convention! By doing this, we balance out the workload on the hotel, provide you a better setting to dine, and get exclusive deals and prices. By us doing this, we are expected to utilize this service as much as possible.
