Personal Statement:

I've been doing this for a while, and all of you who have dealt with me over the last 4+ years on Team Tremere know what to expect from me. The last year was a challenge for me as I dealt with with family tragedy, but even taking that into account, the wheels keep on turning and the Tremere keep being bastards to everyone else.

The big change that happened last year was the Gargoyle R&U change. The process is moving along fairly smoothly, with only a few hiccups. The Gargoyle population is about where we want it to be, with a handful of Gargoyle Antitribu, about 30 Gargoyle PCs, and plenty of Gargoyle NPCs. It's provided a great deal of roleplay for the Tremere and Gargoyle players in the org as they attempt to find a new balance when the world changed out from under them.

The Tremere PC population continues to streamline itself. There have been quite a few high-profile deaths over the last two years, which has opened up immeasurable opportunities for new and middle-tier players. Not a week goes by that I don't find myself surprised by the awesomeness of my players.

Goals:

- I shall continue to make headway on the three-year plan of breaking the org of dependency on high-rarity Thaumaturgy.
- I am working with the Web Coordinator to establish a ticket system for requests. This will take a great deal of burden off of my team and allow us to pinpoint where our response times are lacking.
- I have begun planning Grand Tribunal 2014, which will be held in Central Ohio.
- I shall be streamlining the obsolete or redundant Chantries in the organization to allow for a richer roleplaying experience.
- Once One World by Night has decided how it will handle the By Night Systems rules, I shall update the Arcane Compendium and House Packet as necessary.
