Introduction and Background:

Hi! and thank you for opening this application to read it, I do appreciate the time being taken. I will try to keep this to the point and informative, as well as provide the occasional snicker (Maybe the fact I apped already accomplished that :P)

I've been with One World by Night  a little less than 3 years. In that time I have had a wealth of experience delivered on me through the various wonderful friends I've made over these years. Old World of Darkness genre has came a long way since I started playing as a mid-teen in NYC, it's been quite a thrill to see how this game has shaped over the decades. Simply amazing, we are a confederacy of nerds, 1,000s strong pretending to be power mongering vampires, cranky beasts of rage who protects a world no one else loves, the creepy uncles we call mages who only know "reality bad touch", and our poor poor fae..it's not that I have nothing for them, they been through too much or one of the other icky dark flavors that make the world of darkness that some of us crave to play.

After joining the One World By Night I spent a year as a player and then jumped into other roles ranging from guest ASTing, regularly ASTing, orienting new players, growing our player base, editing packets and getting to no our community as a whole. Not just this person or that person. I've never turned away a fellow gamer who I haven't met and wants to chit chat. I consider myself a rather friendly person and who has proven himself easy to work with and willing to do what needs be done.

Oi ! e obrigado por abrir este aplicativo para lê-lo , eu aprecio o tempo que está sendo tomada. Vou tentar manter isso até o ponto e informativo, bem como proporcionar o riso ocasional ( Talvez o fato de eu apped já conseguido isso : P)
 
Eu estive com One World by Night um pouco menos de 3 anos. Nesse tempo eu tinha uma riqueza de experiência entregues em mim através dos vários amigos maravilhosos que eu fiz ao longo destes anos . Velho Mundo de gênero Escuridão veio um longo caminho desde que eu comecei a jogar como um meio- adolescente em Nova York , foi muito emocionante ver como este jogo tem moldado ao longo das décadas . Simplesmente incrível , somos uma confederação de nerds , 1.000 s forte fingindo ser poder fautor vampiros, animais mal-humorados de raiva que protege um mundo que ninguém mais ama , os tios assustadores chamamos magos que só conhecem a "realidade mau contato " , e os nossos pobre pobre fae .. não é que eu não tenho nada para eles, eles passaram por muito ou um dos outros sabores escuras nojento que fazem o mundo das trevas que alguns de nós anseiam para jogar.
 
Depois de ingressar na One World By Night Passei um ano como jogador e , em seguida, saltou para outras funções que vão desde asting convidado, regularmente asting , orientando novos jogadores, crescimento de nossa base de jogadores , a edição de pacotes e começar a nenhuma nossa comunidade como um todo . Não apenas esta ou aquela pessoa . Eu nunca se afastou um jogador companheiro que eu não conheci e quer Chit Chat . Eu me considero uma pessoa bastante amigável e considerar que se provou fácil trabalhar com e dispostos a fazer o que precisa ser feito.

Personal Statement:

My first taste of the One World by night Community was back at NOLA 2011, I fell in love with the community and its stories diving right in as a player and running right into ST and Coordinator positions in an effort to do part in this organization and help further others enjoyments.

Like I mentioned, I met a lot of friends along the way, my hopes and goals as a candidate for Assistant Head Coordinator is to be there to coordinate and orchestrate mediations on the decisions we all face together as an org and honor our communities best interests. How I intend to accomplish that is by doing what I already do, listen to what everyone has to say and weigh it with fair consideration and empathy towards all parties, issues and problems never get solved with half assed understanding, deliver the good and bad news, hopefully more good than bad going forward. 

I'm highly energetic and great with people from all walks of the gamer community.

I have always been of the philosophy that "This game belongs to the players" as opposed to favoring those on a personal level, it's a perspective and point of view I try to infect fellow storytellers with. In fact I'm actually quite blessed to staff or have worked with so many who do understand that view and possessing similar if not the same concepts. I've learned a lot from staff experience as an AST for KoNY, and SOS over the years. Outside the org my storytelling and player experience delves back decades further. 

I'm a highly energetic person and amazing with people, I'm up to the hard work and efforts that come with being an Assistant Head Coordinator. I've worked with the current Head Coordinator as a member of her Marketing Team before inheriting the role when she ascended and work well with her. We already have an established rapport and work amazingly well together. 

In the mundane world I work for a highly successful distribution company which ranks #1 in Forbes most Socially Responsible Companies list for 2013. I'm happy and comfortable when it comes to the concept of donating my time and feel it to be very rewarding. How that translates in sense of the One World By Night - I'm not expecting anything back from this community except for sincere smiles and enjoyment from those within our community.

-Meu primeiro contato com a One World por noite comunitário estava de volta a NOLA 2011, eu me apaixonei com a comunidade e sua histórias mergulho direito como um jogador e correr para a direita em ST e posições Coordenador em um esforço para fazer parte desta organização e ajudar os outros mais prazeres.

 
Como eu mencionei , eu conheci um monte de amigos ao longo do caminho , as minhas esperanças e objetivos, como candidato a Coordenador Adjunto Cabeça é estar lá para coordenar e orquestrar mediações sobre as decisões que todos nós enfrentamos juntos como uma org e honrar nossas comunidades melhores interesses . Como eu pretendo conseguir isso é fazendo o que eu já faço , ouvir o que todos têm a dizer e pesá-lo com consideração justa e empatia para com todas as partes , as questões e os problemas nunca são resolvidos com metade Assed entendimento , entregar a boas e más notícias , espero que mais bem do que mal vai para a frente .
 
Estou altamente energético e grande com pessoas de todas as esferas da comunidade gamer .
 
Eu sempre fui da filosofia de que " Este jogo pertence aos jogadores " em oposição a favorecer aqueles em um nível pessoal , é uma perspectiva e ponto de vista eu tentar infectar outros contadores de histórias com . Na verdade, eu sou realmente muito abençoada ao pessoal ou ter trabalhado com tantas pessoas que entendem que a visão e possuir semelhante, se não os mesmos conceitos . Eu aprendi muito com a experiência pessoal como um AST de Kony, e SOS ao longo dos anos . Fora da org minha narrativa e experiência do jogador mergulha para trás décadas mais.
 
Eu sou uma pessoa muito enérgica e surpreendente com as pessoas, eu sou até o trabalho duro e os esforços que vêm com ser um Coordenador Adjunto Head. Eu já trabalhei com o atual Coordenador Chefe como um membro de sua equipe de marketing antes de herdar o papel quando ela subiu e trabalhar bem com ela. Nós já temos uma relação estabelecida e funciona incrivelmente bem.
 
No mundo mundano Eu trabalho para uma empresa de distribuição de grande sucesso que classifica # 1 em Forbes lista mais Socialmente Responsável Empresas para 2013. Estou feliz e confortável quando se trata do conceito de doar meu tempo e senti-lo a ser muito gratificante. Como isso se traduz no sentido da One World By Night - Eu não estou esperando nada de volta a partir desta comunidade , exceto para sorrisos sinceros e gozo de pessoas dentro de nossa comunidade.

Goals:

  • Support the Regent and the Bla..woops. Seriously, my goals:
  • Mediate and facilitate discussion and come to equal terms or fair understanding between parties.
  • Coordinate and handle delegations as passed onto me by our Head Coordinator
  • Promote a player's organization and support those needs to provide for a game we all love and enjoy, regardless of genre. 
  • Use the F word a lot less when answering officially

Mediar e facilitar a discussão e chegar a igualdade de condições ou justa compreensão entre as partes.
