The R&U Database is designed to store all records that require notification through the R&U Bylaws.  

Please keep in mind that in the case of items that are Coordinator Approval or Coordinator Notify, it is important to consult with the Coordinator first, and get the approval or send notification.  Submitting something to the R&U Database is the final step, and should be done after speaking to Coordinators.  

Keep in mind also that items submitted to the R&U Database need some time to be processed by the Archivists. The Archivists have to cross-reference the R&U submission with approval emails from the Coordinator, or ensure the Coordinator was notified, in the case of notification.

Finally, keep in mind that when something is added to the R&U database, it cannot be edited by Storyteller Staff. This is to preserve the integrity of the data submitted.  If a change needs to be made, please submit an Archivist Helpdesk Ticket with details on which R&U item needs to be changed, and what it needs to be changed to.
