Griffin: Immortal Nights Theater proposes the following changes in order to update the Administrative Bylaws to current practices.
FROM:
6.F.iv. If the result of an OWBN Disciplinary Action is the banning or striking of a member OWBN wide, it must be announced on the OWBN and OWBNOOC lists
TO:
6.F.iv. If the result of an OWBN Disciplinary Action is the banning of a member OWBN wide, it must be announced on the OWBN ST list.
As far as I know, OWBN and OWBNOOC are defunct or not in use. Punishment results are also not for general consumption, and asking them to be announced on lists that include players gets close to "naming and shaming". Announcing the punishment to the ST lists so that proper administrative notice can be taken is much more constructive.
