[Proposal] Addition to Administrative Bylaw 3 - Mediation Confidentiality

It is, I believe, in the best interest of our players and this organization as a whole, that mediation with the executive team be kept confidential. The verbiage here is a little different from what I've had up today to make certain things more clear and make sure that investigations are not hampered.

A.        Administrative Coordinators

i. Head Coordinator

1. The Head Coordinator shall be responsible, to the best of their ability,
for duties assigned to the position as outlined within the bylaws of the
network.

2.  The Head Coordinator may be sought as a binding arbiter in a disputed
between parties with the consent of all involved, as opposed to taking the
matter directly to Council. The HC has the right to refuse.

b. The specific details of such mediation shall remain confidential and shall not be made public unless Disciplinary Action as a result of such mediation is sought, in which case the executive team may make the action wholly or partially public, in the exercise of their discretion.

 1. To protect the confidentiality of our members the executive team may opt to use pseudonyms rather than identifying individuals by name.

 2. The executive team or the individual requesting mediation or their proxy (ST, CM) may ask others to make statements regarding the mediation.
