[R&U BYLAW REVISION] [AUTOPASS] Adding Wu Zao and al-Amin to Coord Approval; Condensing all Salubri Warrior Listings to One Heading

Per the Coordinator Bylaws 3Ciii. "Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion."

 

This proposal has the potential to Autopass.

 

The Salubri Coordinator proposes the following change to the R&U Bylaws:

There are currently three entries in the Bylaws pertaining to the various types of Salubri Warriors, all of which are currently Coord Approval. This is simply looking to condense them all into one location for Bylaw cleanup and ease of locating information.

Wu Zao and al-Amin could currently be argued as being unregulated. This portion is being done without grandfathering, as any Wu Zao and al-Amin in play would not have gone through any sort of approval process that I am aware of. The one Wu Zao in play that I know of, I have already spoken with the STs of regarding, and that will be allowed in play, as they have brought it in line with genre. There are no other Wu Zao or al-Amin in play that I am aware of, so this shouldn't have an effect on any games.
