I, Brian Goudie, (pavelnadolski@wildblue.net) as Changing Breeds Coordinator, do hereby propose the following under Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii:

iii) Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

If no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable. Once passed these are considered binding to all chronicles and a chronicles refusal to adhere is grounds for OWBN disciplinary measures.

Proposal

I propose that the following Garou camps and secret societies be added to Character Regulation By-Law 9 B iv (Guidelines for determining R&U category: coord approval):

Bitter Hex, Bringers of Eternal Peace, Children of Bat, Cyber Dogs, Dead Goddess Cult, Eaters of the Dead, Ivory Priesthood, Judges of Doom, Loki's Smile, Man Eaters, Masks, Mother's Fundamentalists, Path Dancers, Society of the Bitter Frost, Society of Nidhogg, Sword of Hiemdall, Temple of Artemis, Umbral Pilots, Ymir's Sweat

Purpose:

Each of the listed camps/societies are either, a) highly selective in its membership, b) very small in numbers or close to extinction in genre, or c) actively hunted by their respective tribe. By making these camps Coordinator Approval we will be better able to regulate their appearance, and ensure they reflect genre in their usage.

There are some current pc and npc members of these camps. None of these will be removed from said camps if this proposal passes.
