Creation of OWBN Alistors

Anyone able to kill a redlisted individual will be offered the "normal" WW described rewards, up to and including being granted the title of Alistor. If a PC is granted the title of Alistor, however, they must be willing, likethe Justicars and their NPCs, to work with the STs of a given chronicle, and not become a disruptive force in OWBN, lest they find themselves on the aforementioned Red List.

Alistors may be PC or NPC, but, they must all hold themselves to a level of accountability that would be held by any Coordinator or associated NPC. Council may, at any time, propose a vote to "oust" an alistor, and needs
only a simple majority to pass. The proposal MUST state reasons for said proposal, and may be ic or ooc. If the vote passes, the alistor, PC or NPC, is simply declared dead, because the Inner Council would not allow one of
its most dangerous guns to continue to exist under flawed circumstances.
