Existing non-Lasombra Camarilla members with Obtenebration will be automatically grandfathered in, however must still be notified to the Lasombra Coordinator and Council as per the Rare and Unusual Bylaws. Storytellers of said characters have one month from the approval of this proposal to complete said notification.
