Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw §3.C.iii.1.a, I, Anthony Nordman, as Lasombra Coordinator, propose the following. This proposal has the potential to autopass.
An update to the following Character Bylaw:

Out of Clan Obtenebration for Non-Sabbat Members - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Lasombra
To add the following subsection:
10.m.viii.32.a.
Aizina counts as Obtenebration
This is being proposed with no legacy, and has the support of the Anarch Coordinator.
Rationale: V20 Dark Ages introduces the Ramanga as having Aizina (Obtenebration), the Anarch Coordinator and myself feel that the bylaws should clarify that these are the same discipline, and fall under the same regulations.
