I, Will Lee, propose the following addition to the administrative bylaws. This will not take till after any active elections, nor change any currently active elections.

4.B.vi.1 The Head Coordinator, or appointed delegates, creates and oversees the council thread for all Coordinator Office’s questions. No other threads on council, in regards to elections, may be created during elections but the aforementioned.

This is something I’ve wanted to do for years, but I always forget till election time. Election time is coming! And we end up with 30 threads of questions for me! Questions for all coords! Questions for one Coord, etc etc. and it gets confusing.

Also, sometimes people jump the gun and start asking/answering stuff before all members are added to council to even field them.

This, ideally, will organize questions, slow some of the mass spam, and help actual Q and A forums.
