[Proposal] [Autopass] Change to Character Bylaw 10

Pursuant to bylaw C. iii. Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

I, Byron Martin, as Camarilla Coordinator, propose the following changes to the owbn character bylaws.

   1. If the status gained from the Merit Additional Personal Status is lost, so is the Merit Additional Personal Status.

   2. With in 6 months, to regain Additional Personal Status - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator Camarilla

   3. After 6 months, to gain a new Additional Personal Status - PC: Majority Vote - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator Camarilla

FAQ:

Q: Why are you making it so that people who have succeeded in their prop for Additional Status Merit have to get it again if they lose the status?

A: We believe that was always the intent for the Merit as it is the awarding of an additional extra Status not having your personal Status limit permanently increased as a PC/NPC. Additionally, gaining the additional personal status is supposed to be one of the pinnacles of achievement within the Camarilla. It signifies that the PC/NPC has done something exceptional within the eyes of the Inner Council. Thus if they have done something to warrant the loss of that Status and the high regard of the Inner Council, they should have to re-prove their worth thus requiring a new vote for the additional status merit.
