[PROPOSAL][Genre][Bylaws] Hunter Genre Enforcement

Pursuant to bylaw C. iii. Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

I, Michael Flickinger, as Hunter Coordinator, propose the following changes to the owbn character bylaws. This has the potential to Autopass

Justification

Imbued Hunter Lore being disallowed: The reason why this is being disallowed is because in the Hunter the Reckoning books, it specifically mentions that Lore: Imbued Hunted is not allowed to exist. However, this is something I have seen personally in play in several areas. This change is to reflect a core rule in the core books for the genre. A rule that play an important part of the hunter genre itself. As well as one that if not disallowed has a huge impact upon not only the Hunter genre, but other genres as well.

Imbued Wayward: Waywards are antagonists not only in the Hunter genre but also for every other genre. On top of this they are supposed to be extremely rare among the type of Imbued hunters. In a larp setting, even a single wayward can have a tremendous effect upon players removing their free will as a player and giving the Wayward complete control. As such, we would like to be able to monitor and control who is able to play such a potentially disruptive style hunter.
