[Proposal] Correction to Administrative Bylaw 8.D.iii.5.a. - Chronicle Discipline Reporting

I, Danielle Frink, as Head Coordinator, propose that Administrative Bylaw 8.D.iii.5.a. be updated from:
- Disciplinary Report
- The chronicle will submit any chronicle disciplinary actions to the disciplinary action database on the One World by Night website within thirty (30) days of the disciplinary action occurring. This database will be available to any ST, Council Member, or Coordinator within OWBN. They may review a list of players with disciplinary actions, or may inquire after a particular member in that regard.

a. Chronicle staff will submit all local disciplinary actions to the website via the Log Disciplinary Action function on the ST and CM dashboard. This information will be kept in the Disciplinary Action Report and available to any ST, Council Member, or Coordinator within OWbN.
Rationale: This update needs to be made to reflect the current process in the org for logging chronicle disciplinary actions correctly.
