[Seconded] [PROPOSAL] Change to Fallen Lore RNU

As a Council member and as such this will need a Second,

 

I hereby propose the following

 

to Change: 

H Demon Controlled items

   I. Abilies and lores

         2. Fallen Lore 1-5 - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Demon 

 

To

2. Non-Fallen with Fallen Lore 4-5 - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Demon 

 

This allows for the first 3 levels of Demon the Fallen lore to be regulated by Storytellers and leaving the higher levels to be coord control much in line with multiple other lore restrictions by other coordinators. 

This also fixes the internal error, that this RNU intention was to restrict those non-fallen with the lore as opposed to item number 3. Which would require a fallen PC to seek another approval after getting the approval for the first dot.
