Reasoning: These are currently an unregulated bloodline from Dark Ages. There will be a follow up change to the bylaws regulating out of clan Chimerestry 5 following this proposal (since this one does not allow grandfathering).
As of right now, if any are in play (and there are some), they cant have Chim 5, as the bylaw prevents it, and cant be in any sect without approval. So, all currently in play are in violation to begin with. Chad and I have spoken several times about getting them playable (as there flaw isn’t converted well to live action), and as time goes on their place in the other sects.
