Event Description:

The Festival of the Ivory Tower will take place Friday and Saturday, May 30 and June 1, 2014, at the Sheraton Airport Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio.  Carpe Noctum will be hosting a One World by Night event at ConCoction, a new science fiction and gaming convention.

The event will be a Camarilla game running both night and will be provide food as the eateries nearby are a bit of a drive.  During the day, players are invited to participate in any of the other games, panels, or shopping at ConCoction.

Pre-registration is now open at the Concoction site.  The weekend membership rate for OWBN will stay at the $35 level until December 31, 2013.  Afterwards, their regular pricing will be in effect, which is $45 until May 15, 2014 and $50 at the door.

The hotel rate of is only $89 (including fees) per night + tax for Friday and Saturday night.  The hotel has already opened the room block.  For the discounted rate when making your reservations, inform the hotel that you are with the CONCOCTION group.  Reservations can be made with the hotel by calling 216-267-1500.  The Sheraton has single king and double bed rooms, as well as club rooms for $109 if you so desire.
