2016 - Giovanni - Hugo Klessig
Introduction and Background:
Many of you already know me from my time on council, my time as a Green Bay HST/storyteller or the countless times I have had to work with one of the coordinator staffs because of one of my players. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Hugo Klessig and I have been an active part of the org and one of the founding players of Green Bay WI shattered dreams since 1999. In my long term as a Giovanni player, I can say I have seen both the best and worst the genre has to offer and am well prepared to avoid the pitfalls which have plagued Giovanni genre from time to time.

Muitos de vocês já me conhecem dp meu tempo no council, meu tempo como Green Bay HST/storyteller ou as inúmeras vezes que tive de trabalhar com uma das equipes de coordenação por causa de um dos meus jogadores. Para aqueles de vocês que não me conhece, meu nome é Hugo Klessig e eu tenho sido uma parte ativa do org e um dos jogadores fundadores do Green Bay WI shattered dreams desde 1999. Em meu longo prazo como um jogador Giovanni posso dizer que tenho visto, tanto o melhor quanto o pior do gênero tem para oferecer e estou bem preparado para evitar as armadilhas que têm atormentado o gênero Giovanni ao longo do tempo.

Personal Statement:
I started playing a Giovanni PC in 2005 (Marcus Giovanni) over the last 11 years my PC has worked himself up from a little nobody Giovanni to be the Don of Sheboygan WI, then the Don of Milwaukee WI and finally the Midwest Prefect. It was no easy task for me, because I was one of the very few Giovanni that was left after the whole DMH downward spiral. With the help of current and previous coordinators and a lot of role play I have learned a lot about the Giovanni genre, as well as about Wraiths (Thanks Christian) and the other setting elements that crosses over into Giovanni genre. There were times where I almost gave up on the character and took the easy way out and went the way of others. (IE: Just killing characters that crossed him and earning a bad reputation with this PC) Instead, I have "tried" to stick with the genre (Not an easy task) of the clan and by doing that, I have seen some great role play and have learned a lot about the genre of the clan. I will admit that I do not know everything about the genre but I am willing to learn, and always seeking to expand my knowledge of the Clan. By running for the Coordinator position, I hope to bring what I have learned about the genre to other players. St the same time, I hope to learn from them, and thus help to tell ever better stories for the Giovanni of One World by Night.
Strengths/Weaknesses
As most of you know, sometimes on council I can be a real pigheaded ass but can't we all!?!? I have more than proven that I can be pigheaded but at the same time I have also proven that I can listen to reason and logic and change my point of view. IE: I am capable and willing to work with people.

Eu comecei a jogar um PC Giovanni em 2005 (Marcus Giovanni) ao longo dos últimos 10 anos, o meu PC tem trabalhado por ele mesmo como poucos ou nenhum Giovanni para ser o Don de Sheboygan WI, em seguida, o Don de Milwaukee WI e, finalmente, Prefeito do Centro-Oeste. Não foi uma tarefa fácil para mim, porque eu era um dos poucos Giovanni que foi deixado depois de toda a espiral descendente DMH. Com a ajuda de coordenadores atuais e anteriores e um monte de role play eu aprendi muito sobre o gênero Giovanni, bem como sobre Espectros (Obrigado Christian) e os outros elementos de ajuste que atravessa o gênero Giovanni. Houve tempos em que eu quase desisti do personagem e tomei o caminho mais fácil e segui o caminho de outros. (IE: Apenas matando personagens que apareçam e ganhar uma má reputação com este PC) Em vez disso, eu "tentei" furar com o gênero (Não é uma tarefa fácil) do clã e, ao fazer isso, tenho visto algum ótimo role play e tenho aprendido muito sobre o gênero do clã. Admito que não sei tudo sobre o gênero, mas eu estou disposto a aprender e sempre buscando expandir meu conhecimento do Clã. Ao concorrer para o cargo de Coordenador, espero trazer o que eu aprendi sobre o gênero a outros jogadores. St ao mesmo tempo, espero aprender com eles e, assim, ajudam a contar cada vez melhores histórias para o Giovanni do One World by Night.
Pontos fortes / pontos fracos
Como a maioria de vocês sabem, por vezes, no council eu posse ser um verdadeiro cabeça dura, mas não podemos todos nós!?!? Eu tenho mais do que provado que eu posso ser cabeça dura, mas ao mesmo tempo eu também provei que eu posso ouvir a razão e a lógica e mudar meu ponto de vista. IE: Eu sou capaz e disposto a trabalhar com as pessoas.
Goals:
Clean up and finish any unfinished business from the previous coordinator.
In my last term 2014, I started working on a Necromancy packet with Christian Debats and a few others that combined everything into one packet. It was shot down by council because they want to see some changes. We have made the changes and within week after the election close, I will be putting it to the coordinators list and then after that, I would like to put that up for a vote.
I have some idea's for plot on the Necromancy end of things dealing with the Giovanni/Harbingers of Skulls And the Sabbat. This plot will bring their to a boiling point. I just need to speak with the coordinators first. Steaming from a conversation back in Nov: on council, I have a rough draft of a plot. Within the first two months of my term, I will finish it and show it to the coordinators list. When they approve, I will put it to the org for a vote. This plot is Interchangeable and can be run in Brazil
I want to focus on the tithing system. I plan on bringing on a sub coordinator to deal with that. In short. Every year tithes are sent in and that is it. I want to track them and see who is shorting the clan, who is over paying and who is skimming off the top.
I want to focus on the response times of PC’s that are in regional roles. If they don’t have decent response times (week at most) then it may be time to look for someone new.
I have some idea's to redefine the standards to Friends to the family and the perfect infiltrator merit. I feel that there needs to be more work done on the players end to get these merits. Stuff like this should not come easy and should not be bought on creation.
I want to take a look at the promise and work with the Cam coordinator and other coordinators about redoing the promise. Times have changed and we are in the final nights. Things that worked 50, 100 or even 200 years ago may not apply today.
Finish up the Auditor plot that was passed before council earlier this year.
Clean up the clan list. I think there are people on the list that should not be. If someone loses a pc they should remove themselves from the list. In short, if someone does not have a Giovanni PC they should not be on the list. Head Storytellers are excluded from this.
I also want to sit down with the Setite coordinator and talk to her about giving her control of Wanga and see if we can work something out.
In closing:
In the years that I have been apart of the org, I have made it a personal habit to distance myself from any and all conflicts of interest between myself as a player, St, and former coordinator. As most of you can contest to. I am going to hold myself to that standard and keep doing the same thing I will be placing my Giovanni PC on the shelf for the duration of my term.
Yes I have made mistakes over the years. In the end I accept them (not try to hide them) and I hope that I become a better person for it.

Limpeza geral e terminar qualquer negócio inacabado do coordenador anterior.
Na meu última mandato de 2014, comecei a trabalhar em um packet de Necromancia com Christian Debats e alguns outros, combinamos tudo em um packet . Ele foi derrubado pelo council , porque eles querem ver algumas mudanças. Eu gostaria de obter um novo packet Necromancia pelo council. Uma semana após as eleições de fechar, eu gostaria de colocar isso para a votação.
Eu tenho algumas ideias para plot de Necromancia que no final das contas lidam com os Giovanni, os Ventrue e os Anarquistas. Eu só preciso falar com os coordenadores primeiros. Trazendo de uma conversa por volta em novembro: no conselho, eu tenho um rascunho de um plot. Dentro dos dois primeiros meses do meu mandato, vou terminá-lo e mostrá-lo para a lista de coordenadores. Quando eles aprovam, vou colocá-lo para o org para uma votação. Este plot é intercambiável e pode ser executado no Brasil
Quero me concentrar no sistema de dízimo. Estou pensando sobre contratar um sub-coordenador para lidar com isso. Em resumo. A cada ano dízimos são enviados e que é ele. Eu quero rastrear isso e ver quem está dando pouco ao clã, quem está pagando mais e quem está deslizando para fora do topo.
Quero focar os tempos de resposta de PC do que estão em cargos regionais. Se eles não têm tempos de resposta decente (uma semana no máximo), então pode ser a hora de olhar para alguém novo.
Eu tenho algumas idéias para redefinir os padrões de Amigos da Família e o mérito Infiltrado Perfeito. Eu sinto que há necessidade de mais trabalho feito sobre como os jogadores acabam por conseguir esses méritos. Coisas como esta não deve vir fácil e não deve ser comprado na criação do PC.
Quero dar uma olhada a promessa e trabalhar com o coordenador Cam e outros coordenadores cerca de refazer a promessa. Os tempos mudaram e estamos nas noites finais. Coisas que funcionaram 50, 100 ou mesmo 200 anos atrás podem não se aplicar hoje.

Para encerrar:
Nos anos em que tenho sido parta da org, eu criei o hábito pessoal de me distanciar de todos e quaisquer conflitos de interesse entre mim como jogador, St e ex-coordenador. Como a maioria de vocês pode contestar. Vou manter-me a esse padrão e continuar fazendo a mesma coisa que eu vou estar colocando o meu Giovanni PC na gaveta para a duração do meu mandato.
Sim, eu cometi erros ao longo dos anos. No final, eu aceitá-los (e não tento escondê-los) e eu espero que eu me torne uma pessoa melhor com eles.
