[By-Laws Change Proposal] [Autopass] Mnemosyne Lore Approval

I, Kevin O'Connor, in my duties as Malkavian Coordinator, hereby propose the following change to the Character Bylaws:

This proposal allows Grandfathering and has the potential to autopass.

 

 

Reasoning: This is something I forgot to fix when I changed the Mnemosyne bylaws last year. Two separate approvals just for this Lore seems excessive and a waste of everyone's time. Figured I'd prop this fix too while I'm propping other bylaw changes.
