[proposal][genre][auto-pass] Ravnos line item changes/bylaw fixes

Morning!

I propose the following changes to the 2017 Ravnos packet;

First a line item change adding;

Path of Duat (Path of Yama) to R2 in the Sadhana section.

Reasoning
It just got dropped in the transfer. The description didn’t, but the path did. Go figure!

Next, I propose the bylaw change

41.d. Mark of the Wilds

To

41.d. Mind of the Wilds

Reasoning: This was even brought up during the vote and I missed it. Typo, Mark of the Wilds is a druid buff from WoW, Mind of the Wilds is a combo from my packet

Lastly, a last item change from;

True Rom (4 point merit) Coordinator Approval

You were a supernatural Rom prior to the embrace. Some of the innate magic to your blood has remained with you through the embrace, and has had positive and negative effects upon you. Mechanically you are considered Gypsy/Rom Ravnos for any regulation purposes within this packet. You gain the Ravnos clan flaw, and due to the inherent nature of this merit it may only be taken at character creation.

Note: Due to this being a custom merit, and coming into play so late in some PCs lifespan some may take this after character creation to cover that gap.

Blooded Rom (4 point merit) Coordinator Approval

You were the creature type supernatural/blooded Rom prior to the embrace. Some of the innate magic to your blood has remained with you through the embrace, and has had positive and negative effects upon you. Mechanically you are considered Gypsy/Rom Ravnos for any regulation purposes within this packet. You gain the Ravnos clan flaw, or a 3 point curse, and due to the inherent nature of this merit it may only be taken at character creation.

Note: Due to this being a custom merit, and coming into play so late in some PCs lifespan some may take this after character creation to cover that gap.

Reasoning
There has been a lot of misconceptions and rumor mill going around about the nature of this merit. I am not going to dive back into it, but thank you for the players that were reasonable and had conversations with me about changing this merit to both help you understand the reasoning behind it, and remove any negative ideas that did exist.

On a side note, for those of you who decided to instead handle this like children, I am extremely disappointed in you, and if you take a fantasy world as an insult to your real life you need to take a step back and re-evaluate things.
