Hi everyone!
I, Will Lee, as Ravnos coord propose the following Packet and Bylaw changes. This proposal has the potential to auto pass;
Reasoning behind some things
First, why big packet but not a lot of bylaw changes?! Most of the packet has been in plots and regulated prior to the packet. A lot of it is actually catching up to the last 5 national plots.
Why custom stuff? To add some fun to the Ravnos genres that get largely ignored in books.
Some is new V20 stuff mechanics that is being added/regulated.
I make it clear in several sections what will be used in the future genre wise between, now, old books and V20.
Some is just bylaw clean up and small changes from the old packet from 2012 to now.
Added a line to help explain the difference between “standard Ravnos (American)” and Family lines
