I, Derek Howard, as Tzimisce Coordinator propose the following change to the Character Regulations:
From :
Old Clan Tzimisce - PC: 2/3 Majority Vote - NPC: Majority Vote - Coordinator: Tzimisce
To:
Old Clan Tzimisce - PC: 2/3 Majority Vote - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Tzimisce
Justification:
The Old Clan are and should be rare.
As one of the traditional antagonists to the main Clan Tzimisce body, I would like to smooth the process of having NPCs to use on the global and chronicle level. I believe that making NPCs Coordinator approval will allow them to be used as antagonists without bogging down council or ruining the mystery of their presence.
For transparency, this is a precursor to the Shadow Crusade movement that I have mentioned in my last 2 Coordinator applications.
