[Autopass] True Brujah Lore

 

I, Rob Beckett, in my duties as Brujah Coordinator propose the following modification to character bylaw 10.l.i.

 

From

17. True Brujah Lore - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Brujah

 

To

17. Non-True Brujah with True Brujah Lore - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Brujah

a. Each level requires approval

18. True Brujah with True Brujah Lore 4+  - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Brujah

a. Each level requires approval

 

True Brujah shouold not have to request approval from the Coordinator to know about their own bloodline, however this lore about one of the most secretive bloodlines should not require less effort for others to acquire than that of the main clan itself. Standard Brujah Lore is regulated for non Brujah as Coordinator approval 4 and 5.

 

I present this proposal with no grandfathering. There is not currently a problem. There are six PCs that might have been affected by this bylaw change. Three of them are True Brujah and this deregulates their ability to learn the lore of their bloodline. I have spoken to the others (or their HST) and they would not be affected by this change. Each will be immediately approved to retain the True Brujah Lore on their sheet that I've been able to confirm for them through discussion and this offices records. This is no grandfathering in the off chance that someone isn't registered appropriately (we all know that mistakes happen) so that they can be brought to my attention and handled on a case by case basis.
