I propose the following:
The recently passed update the the Character and Coordinator Bylaws for Blood Magic assigned administrative control of all non-Serpent of the Light wangateurs to the Giovanni Coordinator. This included non-Setite bloodline Children of Damballah. It is the Giovanni Coordinator's opinion that this genre is better administered by the Setite Coordinator's office.
This proposal has the support of the Setite and Giovanni Coordinators.
