PROPOSAL
The Ventrue Coord proposes to move the rarity of the lowest (entry-level) members of the SOME Ventrue Societies/Orders from Coord Approval to Coord Notify for both PCs and NPCs.
This is a Ventrue genre proposal and will auto-pass in 7 days unless objected to.
SUMMARY
I mentioned near the beginning of the term that I was going to deregulate the Sabbat order memberships so that Sabbat STs can start drafting PCs into these orders and this is me making good on my promise. This also allows non-Sabbat games a little more "flavor" for their Ventrue-centric plot-lines. For the Cam side of the house, any Ventrue that is brought into the White Cross, as they are notified, they'll be added to the list. Overall, I'm hoping that this small selection of deregulated Societies/Orders helps pave the way for more Ventrue in these Societies and a resurgence of RP and communication over the corresponding lists.
